SPN Lazer provides custom laser engraving and manufacturing services including but not limited to:
- Custom signage (wood, acrylic, mixed media)
- Drinkware engraving (tumblers, bottles, flasks)
- Personalized gifts and keepsakes
- Business branding and name plates
- Event signage (weddings, birthdays, memorials)
2. Orders and Custom Work
- All custom orders require approval of a design proof before production.
- Prices are quoted per project and may vary based on materials, complexity, and size.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.
- We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
3. Payments
- We accept payment via PayPal, Zelle, check (payable to SPN Lazer), and cash on delivery.
- A deposit may be required for large or complex orders.
- Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
4. Refunds and Returns
- Because all products are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds.
- If there is a defect or error on our part, we will remake the item at no additional cost.
- Please review all design proofs carefully before approving production.
5. Intellectual Property
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for production.
- SPN Lazer is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided designs.
- We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
SPN Lazer is a small business operating in Saipan, CNMI. Our liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
7. Communication
By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to receiving communications from us via email, phone, text, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or other platforms you use to reach us.
8. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse our website or submit false information.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), United States.
10. Changes to These Terms
