How do I place a custom order?+
You can place a custom order by visiting our Quote Request page. Fill out the form with your project details, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote. Alternatively, email us directly at sales@spnlazer.com.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept PayPal (including credit and debit cards through PayPal), Zelle, and Pay Later (invoice) options. For Pay Later, we'll send you an invoice after confirming your order details.
How long does an order take?+
Standard orders typically take 3-5 business days to complete. Rush orders may be available—contact us to discuss your timeline. Complex custom projects may take longer depending on the design.
🎨 Customization
What materials do you work with?+
We work with a variety of materials including wood (birch, walnut, bamboo), acrylic, leather, cork, and some metals. Each material has different properties that affect the final result. Contact us if you have a specific material in mind.
Can you work from my design or image?+
Yes! We can work from your designs, logos, or reference images. For best results, provide high-resolution files (PNG, SVG, or AI preferred). We can also help refine your design or create something from scratch.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?+
Absolutely! We offer discounts for bulk orders (typically 10+ units). Contact us at sales@spnlazer.com with your requirements, and we'll provide a custom quote. We've worked with businesses, events, and organizations.
📦 Pickup & Delivery
Do you offer delivery on Saipan?+
Yes! We offer door-to-door delivery anywhere on Saipan starting at $5 (price may vary by location). We deliver to your home, office, or any location. Same-day and next-day delivery available. Local meetup is also available for $3 — we'll coordinate a convenient time and location.
Do you ship off-island?+
Currently, we primarily serve Saipan and the CNMI. For off-island orders (Guam, mainland US, international), please contact us to discuss shipping options and costs.

Can I see my design before production?+
For custom orders, we always send a digital proof for your approval before we begin production. This ensures you're happy with the design, sizing, and layout.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?+
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there's an issue with your order (defects, errors on our part), we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Note that custom items made to your specifications cannot be returned unless defective.
