Order processing times vary based on the complexity of your order:
- Standard products: 3-5 business days
- Custom orders: 5-7 business days (may vary based on design)
- Rush orders: Contact us for availability and pricing
You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
🌏 Off-Island Shipping
While we primarily serve Saipan and the CNMI, we can accommodate off-island orders on a case-by-case basis.
- Guam: Available via USPS Priority Mail
- US Mainland: Available, shipping calculated at checkout
- International: Contact us for a quote
For off-island orders, please contact us to discuss shipping options and costs before placing your order.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. Here's our policy:
Custom Items: Because each piece is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Include photos of the issue
- We'll remake the item or provide a full refund—your choice
Change of Mind:
- For standard (non-custom) items, we accept returns within 14 days if unused and in original condition
- Buyer pays return shipping
- Refund issued upon receipt and inspection
